Pawalla Box Review and Giveaway 2 winners!

I had the wonderful opportunity  to receive a Pawalla box for my doodle bop, Dexter. If there's one thing I love it's a subscription box. A way to sample a lot of product in one box all at once. A great way to have sensory overload and a happy puppy all at the same time.
Pawalla is definitely one of the bigger variety boxes you can receive that I have found. For about $26 a month you all kinds of fun stuff for you dog. In this particular box, Dexter received 2 full sized cans of Nature's Variety Instinct wet food in Chicken and Beef. 3 full sized bags of treats; Wet Noses organic Cheddar, Primal's freeze dried Turkey Liver,  and Papa Bow wow Sweet Tater treats. 1 full sized bottle of K-9-GH Anti Aging vitamins. 1 Full sized  Fur_Zoff  Pet Hair Remover Stone and lastly a PetLou's Naturally Twisted Toy.
You are guaranteed 6 OR more of their "Best Of " goodies and to me, that is an INSANE deal for $26.

The 3 bags of treats I opened up seemed great. Getting Dex to try a new treat can be hard though. He still isn't sure about the Sweet Tater and the Wet Noses but he took off with the Liver treat. Soooo either he hid it in my bedroom or he actually ate it. I think if I give him a few days he will warm up. He is usually a little more critical of the crunchy treats than softer ones.

The canned food that came in the  box looks better than most canned foods on the market. The top 5 ingredients are all parts of animals. The label says grain free, and theres's nothing on the label that I could see that I wouldn't want my Dex to have. I gave him the Chicken and it was a total disaster. He grabbed a mouthful and relocated to somewhere that wasn't his food bowl and made a mess. Sometimes you have to laugh or you'd just pull your hair out.
The Fur_Zoff looks like a standard pumice stone. Interesting concept. I will definitely have to try it out.

The toy was definitely the instant hit right out of the gate. Dex can smell a good squeaky toy a mile away. Not only is it a squeaky toy though, it is textured, it crinkles, and it is a rope toy. In true Dexter fashion he tore it from my grasp and ran away with it, hiding it in his bed.
The K-9 GH is interesting. I will need to read up more on what's in it before I can really get a hang of what it will help with. I was advised by Dexter's vet to put him on a multivitamin so maybe this came at the right time!
All in all I have to say the Pawalla box is an all around win. You really get a great deal for your money and the products are amazing.
Dexter was NOT amused when I gave him a treat and closed the box back up. You can SEE the sassy in his face.

  21. We have two Dachshunds right now, a male and female, (though our little lady is fixed.) They are both red in color, the male has long hair and the female has short. Their names are Red and Parker. (Red, I don't really remember how he got his name, but it suits him, not too bright, but not dull either. :P And Parker is named such because when I met my husband, I knew that he was the one and that I could never name a little girl that name because it would be my last name. :P )

Earlier this month, we had a Husky pup named Shiloh, but he didn't make it home with us due to unforeseen circumstances. He is in Doggy Heaven now. :(
