The Brush Guard Review and Giveaway

I am a bit of a makeup brush hoarder. I can't seem to ever have enough. Taking care of all those brushes can be a chore but they are an investment. If you take care of them better they tend to last you a lot longer than they would if you didn't.
That means washing them regularly, and washing them can lead the brushes to spread out, lose their shape.
That is where The Brush Guard comes in handy. The Brush Guard slides on the brush from the handle up to the bristles causing the brush to hold it's shape as it's drying. The flexible mesh stretches allowing it to fit over multiple brush sizes and it won't hold water or cause mold or mildew to build up.
Why should you wash your brushes? Check out The Brush Guards Meet the Ickies page! Not cleaning your brushes causes old makeup, dead skin cells, bacteria, dust and dirt, and oil to build up and every time you use that brush you are putting that on your face and into your pores causing breakouts, buildup, and blackheads.
What you may not know is another great use for the Brush Guard is for traveling. If you have ever tried to travel with your brushes in any type of container or even a brush roll, you know that they end up becoming flat and that makes it harder to work with them.
One of the best things about the Brush Guard is most definitely the price! The variety pack with 6 guards in varying sizes from an eye shadow brush up to a full sized kabuki brush for just $5.50. They also have a shadow/liner pack with 10 extra small guards, a blush pack with 8 small, a foundation pack with 5 medium, or a powder/kabuki pack with 4 large. You can buy as many as you need in whatever sizes you need so you are never limited.
Not only can you buy the guards themselves but they have a brand new full cleansing Brush Care Kit that includes a variety pack, Squeaky Clean Brush Shampoo, Blotting Cloth, Washing Cup, and a Drying Vase all for only $19.95!

      MY BRUSH GUARD STORY!
I wanted to share with you quickly how I learned about the Brush Guard! Almost a year ago I discovered VintageOrTacky on Youtube and came across one of her older brush cleaning videos and the Brush Guard introduction video.
VintageOrTacky has quickly become one of my favorite Youtubers and I was definitely intrigued by the Brush Guard and decided I wanted to try them out for myself!

Now here is your chance to win your very own variety pack! The Brush Guard has graciously provided me with a variety pack to ship to one of you!
