Surpahs Bamboo Cutting Boards Review

If you are anything like I am, you love being in the kitchen. Everyone should love the kitchen, that's where the food is! One of my favorite pastimes is watching cooking shows and learning all I can about cooking so I have the knowledge to whatever I want in the kitchen.
One of the staples in the kitchen that you should have is a good set of cutting boards. Most people tend to go with the big heavy butcher block cutting boards, and though those look really fantastic they can be a bit of a pain. They are bulky, heavy, hard to clean properly and if you aren't careful with them they will probably break a toe if you manage to accidentally drop one.
Surpahs has actually come out with a pretty fabulous set of bamboo cutting boards. They are ultra thin and composed of 3 layers of high quality eco friendly bamboo that is a solid, thinner, lighter design  made to prevent warping, cracking, and splitting. The boards are even knife friendly to help protect your blades integrity.
They come in three different sizes, small, medium and large size (8", 11" and 13"). This gives you the option to choose the size board for what you are working on. Cutting up vegetables for a soup? Use the larger board! Need a small work surface to chop up a little bit of onion? Use the smallest! The best part about the bamboo is they absorb less moisture than traditional hardwoods and it resists odor and bacteria! All you have to do is wash them by hand with warm soapy water and dry. And if you want to protect the life of your bamboo products, apply mineral or vegetable oil to the surface after each use.
The cutting boards are so small they barely take up any space and the holes on the boards allow you to hang them up. If you don't want to put them on your walls they can easily fit into any drawer or between appliances on your counter top or even on a bookshelf. It really is one of the best sets of cutting boards you could buy.
